We are not just recruiting bankers. Bankers without Borders® engages professionals from diverse backgrounds to lend their expertise to microfinance and technology efforts. Microfinance institutions need access to corporate best practices in areas such as human resource management, marketing, strategic planning and business development, information technology, and research and evaluation.
