Bankers without Borders®' volunteers are typically skilled business professionals currently in the workforce or recent retirees. However, we do work with institutions of higher education – mainly graduate schools – to place students in unpaid internships or develop team-based projects in conjunction with established course requirements or campus engagement initiatives.
