Prior to joining Grameen Foundation, Florence was a financial analyst in Hong Kong and Singapore with Macquarie Capital and Amity Energy Management. She has worked on a number of debt restructuring, refinancing, principal investment and third party equity raising transactions across industries including resources infrastructure, logistics, real estate, manufacturing, consumer and oil & gas services.
She holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Economics degree from the University of New South Wales, Australia.
